Ingredients
- 1 Medium Onion (Chpped.)
- 25g Garlic and Ginger (Chopped.)
- 1 Large Egg (Beaten.)
- 4 Medium Green beans (.)
- 1 Large Cabbage leaf (.)
- 2 Medium Bok Choy leaves (.)
- 20g Young Corn (.)
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Paste (.)
- 2 teaspoons Lymol (Original.)
- dash Salt (.)
- pinch Pepper (.)
- 200ml Vegetable Stock or Water (.)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Heat the pan add some oil in to it. | |

Sauté ginger, garlic and onion for few seconds, followed by the chili paste. | |

Add the vegetables and vegetable stock or water to the pan . | |
Step 4 | |
Boil until vegetables well cooked. | |
Step 5 | |
Reduce the fire and add the beaten egg in to the soup and stir. | |
Step 6 | |
Just before taking the soup off the fire add the Lymol in to the soup. | |
Step 7 | |
Season with salt and pepper. | |
Step 8 | |
Serve with some brown bread rolls. |
