Seafood Salad with Pomegranate

Ingredients

  • 50g Poached Prawns
  • 50g Poached Fish
  • 50g Poached Calamari
  • Basil Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • 2 Leaves of Chinese Cabbage
  • 50g Red Cabbage
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Add the poached prawns, calamari and fish together in a bowl
Step 2
Now add the shredded Chinese and the red cabbage in to the bowl
Step 3
Flake the basil and mint leaves into the bowl and mix in mayonnaise
Step 4
Add salt, pepper and Lymol and mix well
Step 5
At last mix in the pomegranate seeds and serve
