This is a quick and easy to make soup for a busy day. This spicy and sour soup is Ideal for lunch. bon appetite!

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Onion (Chpped.)
  • 25g Garlic and Ginger (Chopped.)
  • 1 Large Egg (Beaten.)
  • 4 Medium Green beans (.)
  • 1 Large Cabbage leaf (.)
  • 2 Medium Bok Choy leaves (.)
  • 20g Young Corn (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Paste (.)
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol (Original.)
  • dash Salt (.)
  • pinch Pepper (.)
  • 200ml Vegetable Stock or Water (.)

Directions

Step 1
Heat the pan add some oil in to it.
Step 2
Sauté ginger, garlic and onion for few seconds, followed by the chili paste.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and vegetable stock or water to the pan .
Step 4
Boil until vegetables well cooked.
Step 5
Reduce the fire and add the beaten egg in to the soup and stir.
Step 6
Just before taking the soup off the fire add the Lymol in to the soup.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Serve with some brown bread rolls.
