Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 25g Carrots, Onion, Leeks, Cabbage (each)
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon LYMOL
- Salt & Papper
- 2 teaspoons Oil
Directions
Step 1

Cut all vegetables into small dice |
Step 2

Beat the eggs until fluffy |
Step 3

Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes | |
Step 4
|
Add LYMOL, salt and paper | |
Step 5
|
Pour in the beaten egg into the vegetable mixture and cook in slow fire for a few minutes each on both sides | |
Step 6

Serve as a side dish | |
