Ingredients
- 100g Boneless Chicken
- 3 teaspoons Thai Green Curry Past
- 2 teaspoons Soya Sauce
- some Galangal
- 5 tablespoons Sweet Corn
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- some Carrots and Beans
- some Coriander Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cocnut Milk
Directions
Step 1

Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, green curry past and Lymol | |
Step 2

Pan fry the marinated chicken for a few minutes and keep it a side | |
Step 3

In another pan, sauté the onions, garlic, carrots, beans and galangal | |
Step 4
|
Mix in some Thai green curry past and soya sauce | |
Step 5
|
Now add in the coconut milk, cook for 3 to 4 minutes and add in the sweet corn | |
Step 6
|
Finally add in the coriander leaves and season with salt and pepper | |
Step 7
|
Serve the chicken on gravy with steamed rice | |
