THAI CHICKEN AND VERMICELLI SOUP

Ingredients

  • 50g Chopped Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon LYMOL
  • 100ml Coconut Milk
  • 25g Rice Vermicelli
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic (Chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Thai Red Curry Past
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Oil

Directions

Step 1
Heat a pan and add the chopped garlic, onions and sauté for 1/2 minute then add the chopped chicken sauté for a while
Step 2
Now add the coconut milk, and the Thai red chili past. mix well and boil for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 3
Now add the cooked vermicelli and season with salt, pepper and LYMOL
Step 4
Garnish with spring onions and chili oil and serve hot
