Ingredients
- 100g Tilapia Fillet
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 Lemon (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sourcream
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill Leaves

Steam for 15 to 20 minutes uncovered | |

Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dill leaves and Lymol in a small bowl | |
