Smoked Salmon with Lymol Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 100g Smoked Salmon
  • Parsley
  • Dill Leaves
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Slice of Toasted Bread
  • 3 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard Past

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl add the mustered and Lymol and mix well
Step 2
Add in the mayonnaise and vinegar and mix it together
Step 3
Cut the slice of toasted bread into four and apply the mixture on it.
Step 4
Take the smoked salmon and make a rose and place it on the mini toasted bread
Step 5
Garnish with cucumber, parsley, dill, tomato and the mayonnaise.
