Ingredients
- 50g Poached Prawns
- 50g Poached Fish
- 50g Poached Calamari
- Basil Leaves
- Mint Leaves
- pomegranate Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- 2 Leaves of Chinese Cabbage
- 50g Red Cabbage
- 100g Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions

Step 1

Add the poached prawns, calamari and fish together in a bowl |  |

Step 2

Now add the shredded Chinese and the red cabbage in to the bowl |  |
|
Step 3
|
|
Flake the basil and mint leaves into the bowl and mix in mayonnaise |  |

Step 4

|
Add salt, pepper and Lymol and mix well |  |

Step 5
|
|
At last mix in the pomegranate seeds and serve |  |
