Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic (sliced)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage)
- 50g Button Mushrooms (cut in to four)
- 1 Zucchini (cut into dice)
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Corn Flour
- 100ml Vegetable Stock
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the garlic and onion | |
Step 2

Add Zucchini and let it cook | |
Step 3

Now add the vegetable stock, the bok choy and the button and cook for a few minutes | |
Step 4

Add soy sauce and thicken with corn flour | |
Step 5
|
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 6
|
Serve as a side dish | |
