This is an unique Roasted Chicken dish. It’s easy to make and is healthy. A delicious accompaniment with some steamed rice or roti.
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Drumsticks (.)
- 1 Onion (Chopped.)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Chopped.)
- handful Curry Leaves (.)
- 1 Poteto (.)
- 1 Tomato (Sliced.)
- bunch Fenugreel Leaves (.)
- 2 to 4 Green Chillies (.)
- 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce (.)
- 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce (.)
- 2 teaspoons Tomato Sauce (.)
- 1 teaspoon Raw Curry Powder (.)
- 2 teaspoons Lymol (.)
- Salt and Pepper (to Taste.)
- 100ml Water (.)
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a bowl, season the chicken with raw curry powder, chili pieces and soya sauce, salt, pepper and keep aside. | |

Heat the pan, add the chicken drumstick in to it, and seal both sides. Then place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.. | |

Meanwhile prepare the fenugreek and potato mixture as below.. | |

Heat the pan and sauté the onions, garlic and curry leaves together and mix well.. | |

Add the potatoes fallowed with water, cover with a lid and let it cook for few minutes.. | |

Season with salt and pepper to taste.. | |

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the fenugreek laves and mix well. Cook on a slow fire.. | |

Take the chicken from the oven and add to the potato and fenugreek mix.. | |

Add the Green chilies, tomato slices and some oyster and tomato sauce and mix well.. | |
Step 10 | |
Finish the dish with some LYMOL to Enhance the Flavor. . |
