Ingredients

  • 100g Prawns cubed
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Tomato Slices
  • Cucumber Slices
  • 2 teaspoons Chopped Parsley
  • 3 teaspoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Paper
  • 2 Slices of Toasted Bread

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the onions and cook the prawns seasoned with salt and paper until golden brown
Step 2
Add Lymol and mix well
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the cooked prawns, mayonnaise and chopped parsley
Step 4
Now spread a little mayonnaise on the toasted bread, place the lettuce, tomato, cucumber and the prawn mix and cover with the other slice
Step 5
Cut in half and serve with tomato sauce
