Ingredients
- 100g Prawns
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- Mint Leaves
- Coriander1
- 1 teaspoon Tumaric Powder
- Ginger
- Garlic
- 100ml Oil
- 50g Chickpea Flour
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Season the prawns with mint leaves, chili powder, turmeric and salt and pepper | |

Add Lymol to enhance the flavor | |
Step 3

In another bowl, add chick per powder, turmeric powder, salt and make a batter | |
Step 4
|
Now deep fry the prawns, | |
Step 5
|
In a another pan, add ginger garlic and sauté for few minutes | |
Step 6

Coriander to be add in to the sauté mixture, then toss in the fried prawns | |
Step 7

Mix in the tomato wedges and remove from fire | |
Step 8
|
Serve with a garnish of mint and coriander leaves | |
