Ingredients
- 100g Prawns
- 5 Quail Eggs
- 3 Green Beans
- 1 Onion
- Garlic
- 1 Carrot
- 50g Pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Past
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 teaspoons Oilve Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Dice the carrots, beans and pumpkin | |
Step 2

Sauté the onions and, garlic for a few minutes | |
Step 3

Add mustard past, turmeric powder and fallow the diced vegetables | |
Step 4
|
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 5
|
Now add the prawns and cook for a few minutes | |
Step 6
|
If required thicken the sauce with corn flour | |
Step 7
|
Mean while boil the eggs and remove the shells |
Step 8
|
Plate the prawn mix and boiled quail eggs and serve as a side dish | |
