Ingredients
- 200g Potato Boiled & Mashed
- 100g Coconut
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- 200g Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon Egg Yellow Food Coloring
Directions
Step 1

In to a pan combine the boiled mashed potatoes, coconut, sugar and the condensed milk and cook on low heat for a few minutes | |
Step 2

Then add the Lymol and the egg yellow coloring and continue staring on low fire until the past is thick | |
Step 3
|
Now place the past on a oiled surface | |
Step 4
|
While hot flatten it to a 1 inch thick square using an oil paper | |
Step 5
|
Then cut in to small triangles or squares and let it cool | |
Step 6
|
Serve as a sweet meat where appropirate |
