Hot and Sour Cuttlefish Soup

Ingredients

  • 100g Cuttlefish Rings
  • 1 Onion Chpped
  • 1 Garlic Chopped
  • 100g Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 stick Celery
  • Chilli Flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Soya sauce
  • 200ml Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the chopped onions and garlic in a little oil for a few minutes
Step 2
Add the chopped celery, cuttlefish rings and sauté until cooked
Step 3
Now add the flaked mushrooms
Step 4
Then add the vegetable stock, soya sauce, fish sauce and bring it to boil
Step 5
Add chili flakes then thicken the broth with cornstarch
Step 6
Add Lymol
Step 7
At last add the egg and season with salt and pepper
Step 8
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot
