Ingredients
- 100g Cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon Corn Flour
- 3 teaspoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Rosted Sesame Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Spring Onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
- 100ml Oil
Directions
Step 1

Cut the cauliflower in to small pieces and blanch it | |
Step 2

In a bowl add flour, corn flour and water and make a thick batter and season with salt and papper | |
Step 3

Add the cauliflower into the batter and mix well | |
Step 4

Now deep fry the cauliflower in the hot oil | |
Step 5

In another pan, add some oil, and sauté the garlic | |
Step 6

Now add chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, honey and Lymol and combine well | |
Step 7
|
Add in the crispy fried cauliflower and the chopped spring onions into the sauce and toss it. | |

Add the roasted sesame seeds and serve | |
