Ingredients

  • some Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary & Basil
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 stick Celery
  • 150g Cooked Basmati
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lymol

Directions

Step 1
In a pan sauté the onions and red bell pepper in butter for a few minutes
Step 2
Now add in the celery, the rest of the herbs and sauté for further few minutes
Step 3
Then mix in the cooked rice
Step 4
Season with Lymol, salt and pepper
Step 5
Serve hot with a garnish of parsley
