This grilled fish dish is ideal for a quick starter or even for light main meal. In this dish we use fresh white fish flavoured with Lymol and sautéed potato and beans. The original Lymol opens your taste buds to brand new flavors in your dishes.

Pre-season the fish steak with salt pepper and Lymol. | |

Heat the pan with some oil. | |
Step 3 | |
Pan fry (or grill) the fish steak both sides for few minutes. | |

On a separate pan, heat some oil and add the onion and sauté for few seconds . | |

Add the potatoes, beans, capsicum and green chilies, followed by the vegetable stock and let it cook for few minutes. | |

Add salt, pepper and season with Lymol . | |

Serve hot with a tomato julienne garnish. |
