Ingredients
- 200g Dhal (Parippu)
- 1 bunch Gotukola (Deep Fried)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- handful Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Kochi Chili
- 2 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Chickpea Flour
- 3 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Papper
- 200ml Oil
Directions
Step 1

Sock the dhal for 3 hours and grind into a pest | |

In a bowl add the onions, kochci, chili flakes, chickpea flour, salt and paper, deep fried gotukola leaves and mix with the ground dhal past | |
Step 3

Add Lymol | |
Step 4
|
Now make small flat balls as in the picture and deep fry the vade in slow fire for 5 minutes | |

Serve as a snack or a bite | |
