Ingredients

  • 1 Fish Fillet
  • 3 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Red and Yellow peppers (Chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Lettuce & Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • 100ml Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Egg

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the chopped onions and diced fish fillet
Step 2
Add the diced red and yellow pepper and sauté for a further few minutes
Step 3
Now add the sweet chili, light soya sauce and sugar and mix well
Step 4
Add Lymol, season with salt, pepper and coriander leaves, allow to cool
Step 5
Now take a wonton wrapper, keep the past in the middle and egg wash and turn into a triangle
Step 6
Heat the oil and fry the wonton until golden brown
Step 7
Serve with sweet and sour sauce with a garnish of lettuce and parsley
