Ingredients
- 100g Meat balls
- 2 Tomatos
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 2 teaspoons Chili Flakes
- 1 Capsicum (cut into strips)
- 50g Green Peas
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Heat the pan, add some oil, sauté garlic and onions for few minutes | |
Step 2

Add the meat balls and cook until golden brown. Add a few drops of water to retain moisture. | |
Step 3

Now add the green peas, and cook for a few more minutes | |
Step 4
|
Then add in the capsicum and cook for a few seconds | |
Step 5
|
Finally add tomato wedges, salt, pepper and chili flakes | |
Step 6
|
Season with Lymol and mix well | |
Step 7
|
Server warm as a side dish | |
