Ingredients
- 100g Calamari
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tumaric Powder
- 50g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 100g Bread Crumbs
- 200ml Oil
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
Directions
Step 1

Marinate the Calamari in Salt, Pepper and Lymol for 30 minutes | |
Step 2

In a bowl make the batter by mixing in the Flour,1/2 egg | |
Step 3
|
Coat the Calamari in the batter | |
Step 4
|
Then crumble in the bread crumbs | |
Step 5
|
Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes | |
Step 6
|
Serve as a side dish or a bite | |
