Ingredients
- 200g Fish
- 100g Butter
- Parsley
- Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- 100ml Fresh Cream
- 1 onion
- Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, Lymol and chili flakes | |
Step 2

Fry the marinated fish on both sides for 4 minutes | |
Step 3

Then onion, garlic and butter | |
Step 4
|
Now reduce the fire and add the cream | |
Step 5
|
Add in the coriander and parsley leaves | |
Step 6
|
Serve Hot | |
