Ingredients
- 200g Minced Chicken
- 150g Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Egg
- Green Chilies
- 1 Onion
- Bread Crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
- 150ml Oil
Directions
Step 1

Boil the potatoes and mesh it | |
Step 2

Sauté the onion and green chilie | |
Step 3
|
Add the minced chicken and cook until done | |
Step 4
|
Now add in the mashed potatoes and mix well | |
Step 5
|
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 6
|
Shape them into rolls and coat them with beaten egg | |
Step 7
|
The coat them in bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown | |
Step 8
|
Serve warm with a garnish of parsley | |
