Ingredients
- 100g Chicken
- 100g Pineapple
- 50g Cashew nuts
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- Curry Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- Rampe
- 1 teaspoon Tumaric Powder
- 150ml Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coriander Leaves
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the onions for a few minutes and add garlic, curry leaves and rampe | |
Step 2

Now add the chili, coriander and the turmeric powder and sauté for a few minutes | |
Step 3

Add chicken and some water, cook for 3 to 5 minutes | |
Step 4

Then mix in the pineapple and the coconut milk and cook for a few minutes | |
Step 5

Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 6
|
Mix in the cashew nuts and serve with a garnish of coriander leaves | |
