Ingredients
- 50g Boneless Chicken
- Stick of Celery
- 1 teaspoon Low Fat Butter
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 1 Garlic (Chopped)
- Few Mashrooms
- Few Spinach Leaves
- bunch Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- 200ml Chicken Stock
- Salt
- Paper
Directions
Step 1

Sauté all the vegetables in butter for 2 minutes on slow fire | |
Step 2

Add the Chicken and the chicken stock, bring it boil and let it to simmer for a while; add the spinach leaves followed by salt & paper to taste | |
Step 3
|
Remove from fire, add Lymol and serve hot. | |
