Ingredients
- 150g Boneless Chicken
- 3 teaspoons Ginger Garlic Past
- 1 teaspoon Gram Masala
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100ml Oil
- Curry Leaves
- 200g Curd
- 2 teaspoons Corn flour
- Dry Chili pods
Directions
Step 1

Shred the chicken into pieces | |

Marinate it in a bowl with, egg, corn flour, flour, half the content of chili powder, salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 3

Deep fry until golden brown | |

In another bowl add the curd, garam masala, balance chili powder and combine well | |
Step 5

Heat a pan, sauté the ginger garlic past, curry leaves and dry chili pods for about 15 seconds | |

Then add the fried chicken and the curd mixture and combine well and season with salt and pepper to taste | |

Serve as a side dish with steamed rice | |
