Calamari & Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 50g Calamari
  • Spinach
  • 2 - 3 Green Beans
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1 stick Celery
  • 5 tablespoons Cream
  • Lymol
  • 200ml Fish ot Calamari stock
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the garlic & onion in olive oil
Step 2
Now add the calamari, fish stock, Bean and tomatoes
Step 3
Once the calamari is cooked add the cream
Step 4
Then mix in the spinach and remove from the fire immediatly
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
Serve hot
