Ingredients
- 50g Thampala Leaves
- 50g Broccoli
- 2 teaspoons Chickpea Flour
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (Sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Onion (Sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Celery (Sliced)
- 200ml Vegetable Stock
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon LYMOL
- 50g Thick Coconut Cream
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the garlic, onion and celery in oil | |
Step 2

Mix in the chickpea flour while in slow fire | |
Step 3

Stir in the vegetable stock, add the broccoli and cook until done | |
Step 4

Add in the red thampala leaves | |
Step 5
|
Add salt and pepper to tast | |
Step 6
|
Now stir in the coconut milk and cook in slow fire for a few minutes | |
Step 7
|
Remove the soup from the fire and add in the Lymol, mix well and serve with bread rolls | |
