Ingredients
- 2 thin slices Bread (diced)
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (Thinly Sliced)
- 25g Diced Chicken Ham
- 1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
- 300ml Chicken Stock
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
- handful Spring Onions
Directions
Step 1

Roast the diced bread in the oven for a few minutes or deep fry |
Step 2

Sauté the garlic in olive oil for a few minutes | |
Step 3

Now add the diced chicken ham and sauté | |
Step 4

Add the paprika powder and mix well | |
Step 5

Now add the roasted bread | |
Step 6
|
Then add in the chicken stock and bring it to boil | |
Step 7

Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 8

Reduce the heat and add the chopped spring onion | |
Step 9
|
Then poach the full egg in the soup | |
