Ingredients
- 100g Chopped Bacon
- 100g Leeks
- Some Celery
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Cut leeks, celery and onion in small pieces | |
Step 2

In a span sauté the beacon, celery, onions and leeks | |
Step 3

Make a thick pancake batter with flower, baking powder, egg and water. You may add pepper, turmeric and chili flakes or green chilies to make them spicy | |
Step 4

Now add the sautéed mixture in to the pancake mixture and combine well | |
Step 5

Season with, salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 6
|
In another pan, make small pancakes | |
Step 7
|
Serve with tomato sauce | |
