Bacon & Leeks Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 100g Chopped Bacon
  • 100g Leeks
  • Some Celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Cut leeks, celery and onion in small pieces
Step 2
In a span sauté the beacon, celery, onions and leeks
Step 3
Make a thick pancake batter with flower, baking powder, egg and water. You may add pepper, turmeric and chili flakes or green chilies to make them spicy
Step 4
Now add the sautéed mixture in to the pancake mixture and combine well
Step 5
Season with, salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
In another pan, make small pancakes
Step 7
Serve with tomato sauce
