Ingredients
- 3 thin slices Bacon
- 50g Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 30g Butter
- 1 Lettuce
- 2 teaspoons Mustered Cream
- 3 medium slices Bread
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
Directions
Step 1

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 2

Slice the tomato and onion | |
Step 3
|
Fry the bacon and chicken and allow to cool | |
Step 4
|
Make the mustered butter by mixing the butter together with mustered cream |
Step 5
|
Toast the bread and apply the mustard butter | |
Step 6
|
Place lettuce and chicken on the toasted bread | |
Step 7
|
Then cover with another slice of bread and place tomatoes, onion and bacon on top | |
Step 8
|
Now place the final slice of toasted bread and cut in to half and serve | |
