Slice the brinjal and rub with turmeric powder and salt.. | |

Heat the oil, add brinjal and fry until golden brown.. | |

Slice the onion, green chili and tomatoes.. | |

Take a bowl ,add all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.. | |
