Ingredients
- 100g Prawns cubed
- Lettuce Leaves
- Tomato Slices
- Cucumber Slices
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Parsley
- 3 teaspoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Paper
- 2 Slices of Toasted Bread
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the onions and cook the prawns seasoned with salt and paper until golden brown | |
Step 2

Add Lymol and mix well | |
Step 3

In another bowl, mix the cooked prawns, mayonnaise and chopped parsley | |
Step 4
|
Now spread a little mayonnaise on the toasted bread, place the lettuce, tomato, cucumber and the prawn mix and cover with the other slice | |
Step 5
|
Cut in half and serve with tomato sauce | |
