Noodles and Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 100g Noodles
  • 50g Chick Peas
  • Mint Leaves
  • Onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Capsicum
  • Lettuce
  • Yoghurt or Curd
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • Butter

Directions

Step 1
In a pan sauté the boiled chick peas with capsicum, garlic and the onions
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the boiled noodles, sautéed chick peas mixture.
Step 3
Then add in the mint leaves, tomato wedges and lettuce
Step 4
Mix in either yoghurt or curd
Step 5
season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
Serve as a cold salad
