This is an ideal accompaniment for Hoppers and Milk Rice. In Sri Lankan it is also known as Katta Sambol

Ingredients

  • 50g Maldive Fish
  • 4 teaspoons Chili Flakes
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol

Directions

Step 1
Put all ingredients into a hand pounder and pound it well; Add Lymol. Ideal to be served with hoppers or milk rice
