Lime Fried Rice
This is a quick and easy Special Vegetable Fried Rice recipe which you can have for lunch or dinner.
It’s delicious on its own or would go well with a spicy chicken curry.

Heat the pan and add the butter and olive oil together.. | |

Add the onion and sauté until translucent and slightly caramelised.. | |

Add the carrot and Cashew nuts and fry on a slow fire for two minutes.. | |

Add the cooked basmati rice, spring onion, mint leaves and mix well.. | |

Season with salt, pepper and LYMOL and take off the fire.. |
