Ingredients
- 100g Cuttlefish Rings
- 1 Onion Chpped
- 1 Garlic Chopped
- 100g Mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
- 4 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1 stick Celery
- Chilli Flakes
- 2 teaspoons Soya sauce
- 200ml Vegetable Stock
- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the chopped onions and garlic in a little oil for a few minutes | |
Step 2

Add the chopped celery, cuttlefish rings and sauté until cooked | |
Step 3

Now add the flaked mushrooms | |
Step 4

Then add the vegetable stock, soya sauce, fish sauce and bring it to boil | |
Step 5

Add chili flakes then thicken the broth with cornstarch | |
Step 6

Add Lymol | |
Step 7
|
At last add the egg and season with salt and pepper |
Step 8

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot | |
