Ingredients
- 100g Peel Prawns
- 25g Red Onion
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (Finely Chopped)
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 25g Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- 50g Leeks
- 40ml Water
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Cut the red onion in half and ginger into strips |  |
Step 2

Cut the leeks into rings |  |
Step 3
|
Into a bowl combine soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and Lymol |  |
Step 4

In a pan sauté the onions and garlic for a few minutes |  |
Step 5

Then add the ginger strips |  |
Step 6

Add some water followed by the prawns and cook until prawns are cooked |  |
Step 7

Now add the prepared sauce and mix well |  |
Step 8
|
Add in the leeks and remove from fire |  |
Step 9
|
Serve hot with steamed rice |  |
