Ingredients
- 1 Fish Fillet
- 3 Wonton Wrappers
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Red and Yellow peppers (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sweet Chili Sauce
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Lettuce & Parsley
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- 100ml Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Egg
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the chopped onions and diced fish fillet | |
Step 2

Add the diced red and yellow pepper and sauté for a further few minutes | |
Step 3

Now add the sweet chili, light soya sauce and sugar and mix well | |
Step 4

Add Lymol, season with salt, pepper and coriander leaves, allow to cool | |
Step 5
|
Now take a wonton wrapper, keep the past in the middle and egg wash and turn into a triangle | |
Step 6
|
Heat the oil and fry the wonton until golden brown | |
Step 7
|
Serve with sweet and sour sauce with a garnish of lettuce and parsley | |
