Ingredients
- 50ml Red Wine
- Chopped Parsley
- Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
- 2 Oranges
- 100ml Orange Juice
- 50ml Duck Stock
- 2 teaspoons Corn Flour
- 1 Duck Breast
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Prepare the marination by mixing chopped parsley, onion, red wine, salt and pepper and marinate the duck breast for 30 minutes | |
Step 2

Now grill the marinated duck breast for a few minutes on both sides, add the duck stock and cook for 15 minutes in slow fire | |
Step 3

In a another pan make the sauce by adding the orange juice, orange segments, garlic, green chili and allow to boil, thicken with corn flour | |
Step 4

Now add Lymol, salt and pepper to taste | |

Slice the cooked duck breast and serve with the sauce and garnish with coriander leaves and parsley | |
