A spicy dish with meat balls

Devilled Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 100g Meat balls
  • 2 Tomatos
  • 1 Onion (Sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Flakes
  • 1 Capsicum (cut into strips)
  • 50g Green Peas
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Heat the pan, add some oil, sauté garlic and onions for few minutes
Step 2
Add the meat balls and cook until golden brown. Add a few drops of water to retain moisture.
Step 3
Now add the green peas, and cook for a few more minutes
Step 4
Then add in the capsicum and cook for a few seconds
Step 5
Finally add tomato wedges, salt, pepper and chili flakes
Step 6
Season with Lymol and mix well
Step 7
Server warm as a side dish
