Ingredients
- 100g Jack Fruit
- 1 Onoin
- Garlic
- 2 Capsicum
- 2 Tomatoes
- 50g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 100ml Oil
- Pasley
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 50g Chill sauce
- teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

In a cooking bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, chili flakes, egg and make a batter. If it is too thick add a little water | |
Step 2

Now coat the jack fruit flesh with the batter | |
Step 3

Then fry until golden brown | |
Step 4

Sauté onion and garlic in oil | |
Step 5
|
Add the capsicum and sauté for further few minutes | |
Step 6
|
Then add in the fried jack fruit flesh | |
Step 7
|
Now season with chili flakes, chili sauce, salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 8
