A recipe with Jack Fruit Flesh

Devilled Jack Fruit

Ingredients

  • 100g Jack Fruit
  • 1 Onoin
  • Garlic
  • 2 Capsicum
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 50g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 100ml Oil
  • Pasley
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 50g Chill sauce
  • teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
In a cooking bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, chili flakes, egg and make a batter. If it is too thick add a little water
Step 2
Now coat the jack fruit flesh with the batter
Step 3
Then fry until golden brown
Step 4
Sauté onion and garlic in oil
Step 5
Add the capsicum and sauté for further few minutes
Step 6
Then add in the fried jack fruit flesh
Step 7
Now season with chili flakes, chili sauce, salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 8
Server warm
