Ingredients
- 200g Crab
- 1 Onion
- Garlic
- 1 Leek
- 1 Tomato
- 2 teaspoons Soya Sauce
- 3 teaspoons Chili Sauce
- 50ml Vegitable Stock
- Green Chilis
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
Directions
Step 1

Heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic for a few minutes | |
Step 2

Add in the crab, mix well. Then add the stock and bring it to boil and cook until done | |
Step 3

Now mix in the whole green chilies and the chopped leeks | |
Step 4
|
Now add the soy sauce and the chili sauce and combine well | |
Step 5
|
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 6
|
Finally add in a spoon of sugar and the wedged tomatoes to bring in the sweet and sour flavor | |
Step 7

Serve warm | |
