Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 150g Chicken
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- Parsley
- 500g Beans Sprouts
- 150ml Coconut Milk
- 3 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
Directions
Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chicken on all sides. |  |
Step 2

Add coconut milk and cook for some time. |  |
Step 3
|
While the chicken is cooking in coconut milk add salt, garlic and onion |  |
Step 4
|
Once the chicken is almost cook, add the beansprouts and cook |  |
Step 5
|
Add some soya sauce and reduce the fire |  |
Step 6
|
Add Lymol and if required add further seasoning to teats |  |
Step 7
|
Serve with a Garnish of Parsley |  |
