Chicken Liver with Thibbatu

Ingredients

  • 150g Chicken Liver
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Curry powder
  • 50g Thibbatu (small Egg Plant)
  • Spring Onions
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • Oil
  • Water

Directions

Step 1
Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds
Step 2
Then sauté the garlic, ginger and onion
Step 3
Now add the chicken leaver, chili powder, roasted curry powder, thibbatu, water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Step 4
Once cooked add the spring onions and remove from the fire
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
Serve hot as a side dish for rice
