Ingredients
- 200g Boneless Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 stick Celery
- 100ml Red Wine
- 4 Button Mushrooms
- 2 Asparagus
- Few Olives
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- 50ml Demi-glace
- 2 Leaves Spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
- 50ml Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the garlic, onions and celery for a few seconds | |
Step 2

Add the shredded chicken and sauté | |
Step 3

Now add the red wine to the sautéed chicken | |
Step 4
|
Next add the Lymol and allow to cook for a while | |
Step 5
|
Now add the demi-glace and cook in reduced heat and add in the rosemary and thyme | |
Step 6
|
Finally add cream and remove from the fire and add in the quartered mushrooms | |
Step 7

Mix in the spinach and add salt and pepper to taste | |
Step 8
|
Garnish with olives and asparagus and serve as a side dish | |
