Ingredients
- 100g Calamari
- 50g Radish Leaves
- 1 Apple (Cut in to Segments)
- 2 Green Chilis (Sliced)
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustered Powder
- 150ml Thick Coconut milk
- Salt
- Paper
- 1 teaspoon LYMOL
Directions
Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and green chilies for a few secounds | |
Step 2

Add salt, mustered, turmeric, coriander powder and mix well | |
Step 3

Now add the calamari to the pan and cook for a while | |
Step 4
|
Add the sliced apples and the coconut milk and cook further until done | |
Step 5
|
Finally add the radish leaves into the pan and cook for a few more minutes | |
Step 6
|
Remove the pan from the fire and add in the LYMOL and mix well | |
Step 7
|
Server with rice as a side dish | |
