Easy and quick recipe, ideal as a side dish for rice and curry or as a bite

Crispy Kangkung

Ingredients

  • 150g Kangkung (.)
  • 100g Chickpea flour (.)
  • 1 Egg (.)
  • 50ml Water (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes (.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder (.)
  • Salt (.)
  • 200ml Oil (.)

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, add the chickpea flour, turmeric, chili flakes, pepper, Lymol and the water a mix well to form a batter.
Step 2
Coat the kangkung in the batter.
Step 3
Deep fry for a few minutes..
Step 4
Server warm with Tomato Sauce .
